Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 Roasting Chicken
    10 oz Package of Frozen Peas
    10 oz Package of Frozen Yellow Sweet Corn
    1/2 a cup Chopped Scallions
    2/3 Cups of Fresh Mushroom
    1 tsp of Minced Garlic
    1 tbsp of Garlic powder
    1 tbsp of Onion powder
    1 Cup of Sliced Carrots
    1 tsp of Ground Cinnamon
    1 tsp of Ground Cumin
    3 Vegetarian Vegetable Bullion Cubes
    12 cups of Water

Directions

Remove bone and skin from chicken meat. Chop chicken into small pieces. Combine vegetalbes into a pan and sautee with two tablespoons of butter. Once sauteed add powder ingredients and chicken. The combine with water and bullion cubes. Cook noodles in a seperate pot. Once the pot of "soup" is boiling add the noodles and serve.
