Introduction

Ingredients

    1 caron (8 oz) reduced-fat plain yogurt
    4 oz reduced fat cream cheese
    1/2 cup chopped seeded, peeled cucumber (keep the peels)
    1-1/2 tsp finely chopped onion
    1-1/2 tsp snipped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp dill weed
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp grated lemon peel
    1 garlic clove minced
    1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
    Assorted fresh vegetables

Directions

In a small bowl, combine yogurt and cream cheese. Stir in cucumber, onion, dill, lemon juice, peel of cucumber, garlic, salt and pepper.

Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with vegetables.
