Introduction

Ingredients

    15 (give or take) asparagus stalks, trimmed
    1 head of broccoli flourets - washed and cut into bite sized pieces

    4 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
    salt & pepper to taste
    extra virgin olive oil

Directions

spray pan with non stick spray
add broccoli and Asparagus to pan, spritz with olive oil sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over,
dash with salt and pepper (to taste)
BBQ - grill cover closed but no cover on pan for 1-13min, move to top grill while cooking meat for an additional 10 min (time can be adjusted to suit your liking.

YUMMY! we love this with cream cheesy mashed potatoes, and a steak!
