    1 cup(s) uncooked old fashioned oats, grind into flour (use a food mill, Magic Bullet, or food processor)
    2 tsp baking powder
    2/3 cup(s) any brand Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 cup(s) Sucralose (Splenda)
    1/2 cup(s) Egg Beaters
    2 medium banana(s)
    2 Tbsp nonfat dry milk powder
    2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

mix all ingredients by hand or with mixer
place in muffin or loaf pan with coated with non-stick spray, like Pam
