    3-4 over ripe bananas
    1 egg
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. stevia
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 t. baking soda

Directions

Mash bananas with a fork. Stir in other ingredients. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hr. at 325 degrees.
