Introduction
This is a very rich, moist cake recipe that my mom used to make on special occasions. Really fun for children to help make because of the reaction between the vinegar and baking soda! -
1-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 cup granulated Splenda
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
5 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 cup cold water
Directions
1) In a 8x8 glass cake pan, sift flour, baking soda, sugar, Splenda, salt, & cocoa together.
2) Make three holes in the mixture.
3) Put vanilla in one hole; butter in second hole; and vinegar in the last hole.
4) Pour water over the whole mixture.
5) Mix well.

This cake is so moist you do not need to frost it - however, my mom always dusted it lightly with powdered sugar. (Not included in nutrition info.)
