Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 510 grams
    Medjool dates, 37 grams
    Almonds, 58 grams
    Walnuts, 115 grams
    Brazilnuts, 30 grams
    Raisins, 100 grams
    Apricots, dried, 100 grams
    Red Wine, 2 fl oz
    Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Lemon or orange zest, 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon, 1 tsp

Directions

Chop all ingredients (microwaving or roasting the nuts first) and blend in a food processor until desired texture.

Makes 34 two-tablespoon servings
