Introduction

Add any spice you like. I use Cumin and garlic. Add any spice you like. I use Cumin and garlic.

Ingredients

    1 small onion, sliced
    1 large bell pepper, I use a sweet red or orange one, sliced
    1 Tbsp EVOO
    pinch of salt

Directions

Makes 4 servings

-slice onions and peppers
-put veggies in bowl and add EVOO, salt and spices
-toss veggies to coat
-add to sautee pan on medium heat and cook until onions are translucent. I cook mine until the onions and peppers are caramelized.
-Put them on burgers, over grilled chicken or steak.
