Ingredients

    3 1/2 cups Los mochis enchilada sauce
    1 cup frozen corn
    2 cups sliced red onion
    1 cup slice red bell pepper
    12 oz chicken shredded
    1.5 cup red kidney beans
    2.5 cups sargento mexican cheese

Directions

saute red onions, corn, and bell peppers.
cook chicken, then shred
Layer sauce, tortillas, cheese, veggies, and shredded chicken. (2 layers)
Bake at 300 for 25 min
