Ingredients

    2/3 c. old-fashioned oats
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 1/2 T. buffalo wing sauce
    1 lb. ground turkey/ chicken 85/15
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely shredded carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 large eggs whites, lightly beaten
    1/4 t. salt
    2 oz. (1/2 cup) fat free feta cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly mist loaf pan. Combine oats and milk in a bowl, stir to mix. Let stand for 3 minutes. Stir in wing sauce. Add the turkey/chicken, celery, onion, carrots, egg whites and salt. Mix well. Gently add feta cheese. Press into loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes with last five minutes or so under low broiler. Cut into 8 slices.
