    1 2lb container of Part Skim Ricotta Chese
    4 eggs
    1 cup of Splenda Sugar Blend
    1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

You just mixed all together and bake at 350 for 90 minutes
I didn't know it was so high in calories but I love this stuff.

    I think that an error was made the orig. cal. count. It shows 12 tsp. splenda tho recipe actually indicates 1/2 tsp.per serving. Please recalculate for more accurate info. - 6/22/11

    Incredible!
    I cut this recipe down 1/8 all the way around for a 1 person serving at about 270cals and baked for 45 min, and topped with raspberries and a dollop of sour cream- a yummy, low carb delight! - 6/2/10
