    Very Good
The recipe is quite tasty, easy and smells delicious. I found it burned in my crock pot though, even on low for about 6 hours. - 4/26/10

Steel cut oats are a different part of the oat, I believe. They are also known as Irish oats. I've seen Irish oats in the grocery aisle and also steel cut ones in the bulk bins. The steel cut oats have a higher amount of protein and fiber. - 4/6/10

    Incredible!
I always like oat meal recipes and specially with nuts and fruits. But I never heard of Steel cut oats. If somebody knows please let me know. I am curious. I will be using regular oats as they come . - 4/3/10
