Ingredients

    3 Tbl Lemon Juice
    1 Tbl soy sauce
    1 Tbl worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbl olive oil
    1 Garlic Clove, minced
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp oregano
    3/4 lb chicken breast
    1 onion, small (sliced into strips)
    1/2 green bell pepper, med
    1/2 red bell pepper, med
    1/2 yellow bell pepper, med
    4 Flour Tortillas
    1/4 C. Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

In small bowl combine first seven ingredients. Cut chicken, bell peppers into strips. Place chicken and vegetables in single layer in greased baking pain. Drizzle with 1/4 cup lemon juice mixture. Broil in an oven (4-6 inches from the heat) for about 4 minutes. Turn chicken and veggines and drizzle with remaining lemon mixture. Broil another 4 min and serve on tortillas. Adding cheddar cheese is optional (but in included in the calorie count).
