Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef lean place in large mixing bowl.
    1 lb. tomatoes chopped and diced very fine.
    2 medium onions chopped fine.
    3 bunches of parseley finely chopped get rid of stems.
    1 can 6 oz. tomato paste.
    1 clove garlic mashed fine.
    2 tsp sea salt.
    1 tsp paprika.
    1/2 tsp red pepper.
    1/4 tsp blk pepper.
    1 egg.
    34 flour tortillas.


Directions

Place all ingredients into mixing bowl except for the tortillas.
Vigorously mix all ingredients by hand till everything is evenly distributed into the ground beef.
Now take a scoopof 1.5 ounces of the meat mixture and spread it on the tortilla. Press and evenly distribute the mix unto the totilla. Repeat this on 12 flour tortillas placing 3 tortillas on cookie trays. place 12 tortillas on 4 cookie trays then in 400 degree oven and bake for 8 minutes. Repeat this process till all tortillas are cooked. You can stack the cooked tortillas. Serve with lemon wedge.
