Ingredients

    2 lb Pork Tenderloin
    1 Pkg Grill Mates Chipolte Pepper Marinade
    1 Lime
    2 tbsp Brown Sugar
    1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
    Non stick cooking spray

Directions

Slice lime in half.

Mix package of Grill Mates Chipolte Pepper Marinade, Brown Sugar, Vegetable oil, and the juice from 1/2 of the lime.

Marinate tenderloin in mixture for 15-30 minutes.

Spray grill with non-stick cooking spray.

Place tenderloin on a grill over medium heat. Sear each side for 2-3 minutes over hottest spot on grill. Move tenderloin to lower-temperture area on grill. Coat top side of pork with half of left over marinade, and squeeze juice from other half of lime. Cook about 10 minutes. Flip and coat other side with marinade and lime juice. Cook 10 minutes. Continue flipping every 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, and no pink remains inside.

Remove from grill and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

Slice into 1/4 inch slices and serve.
