Ingredients

    Tofu, firm, 1 block mashed
    Yellow Mustard, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1/2 stalk diced
    *Follow your Heart Original Veganaise, 1/3 cup
    *Lemon Juice, 1/2 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp
    *Onion powder, 1/2 tsp
    pickle relish, 1/4 cup

Directions

Drain and mash 1 block firm tofu
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours before serving

Makes 7 1/3 cup servings
