    Incredible!
Happily Surprised!!! I'm not a big fan of salmon but been trying to include more healthy fish recipes in my diet. I decided to try this recipe out simple because I LOVE mandarin oranges. It was the BEST salamon I've ever had & soooo simple to make....had leftover brown rice already. Thank you so mu - 5/17/16

A little twist on what is called Adobo chicken. Usually I use sugar, but I will try it with the orange juice. Like the others, it works with powdered or minced garlic and ginger, but is much better with fresh. Great with brown rice. - 8/26/11

    Incredible!
Excellent easy recipe. I used powdered ginger as it's what I had on hand. My whole family loved it and it's super cheap. - 4/6/11

    Very Good
Very Good. Unfortunately I didn't have minced garlic and ginger so I had to use powdered. I still think it turned out fine, but probably would be better with real ingredients. - 3/4/11
