Introduction

Used this with Chicken, but great with tilapia. Used this with Chicken, but great with tilapia.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Kellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal, 1.5 cup
    *Tilapia filet, 16 oz (Four Fillets)
    Egg white, 1 egg
    *Good Season's Zesty Italian Seasoning, 2 tsp.

Directions

Pour 1.5 cups of corn flakes into a bag and crush, I roll over mine with a rolling pin.
Dip tilapia in egg white.
Place in ziplock bag and shake.
Place onto a glass baking pan.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy, great with veggies or I have mine with homemade tomato soup.
