Ingredients

1 lb 4oz package Perdue Ground Turkey (or other lean ground turkey)
2 egg whites
1/4 Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
1/3 grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp crushed red pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven at 350.
Spray glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In bowl, mix by hand the turkey, egg whites, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper, garlic, and italian seasoning.
Shape mixture into 1" meatballs and place in baking dish (approximately 24).
Bake for 30 minutes.
Variation: Add marinara or spaghetti sauce to meatballs with 10 minutes left in baking process, then serve over whole wheat spaghetti.
