Introduction

This soup was made to figure out how to use canned peas which no one in our household likes on their own. This soup was made to figure out how to use canned peas which no one in our household likes on their own.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can Green Peas
    1 can Butter Beans
    1 large stalk celery
    1 carrot (chopped)
    1 can stewed Tomatoes
    Vegetable bouillon - 2 tsp
    Beef boullion - 2 tsp
    1/4 package of penne pasta
    5 cups water

Directions

MIxed the things all together in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours. Add the pasta to the rest 90 minutes prior to serving.

    Thanks for this recipe. I was given some canned peas, which I don't care for in this form, but want to use them. I will be trying this right away. - 7/18/13
