Introduction

Pasta with marinara sauce, pork and vegetables Pasta with marinara sauce, pork and vegetables
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb pork loin chops
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c tomato sauce
    1 can Four Cheese Pasta Sauce
    1/2 white onion, chopped
    1 box Smart Taste Rotini
    1 can artichoke hearts in water
    salt & pepper to taste
    Bijol seasoning to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to package. Add corn and peas towards end to cook.

In a different pot cook pork, onion and salt. Once rendered, add tomato sauce, tomato soup, water and artichoke hearts. After mixed well, add pasta sauce. Let simmer in pot.

Drain pasta and mix pasta, vegetables and sauce together.

Makes 8 servings!
