Ingredients

    Small whole chicken
    8 med. potatoes
    1 can mixed veggies, corn, green beans and carrots, can of swanson chicken broth, can of cream of chicken
    thyme, rosemary, oregano,basil, parsley flakes, black pepper, seasoned salt and salt
    2 tsp of minced garlic
    1 medium onion

Directions

Makes 6-8 servings
In a bowl mix together
2Tsp of season salt, a1/4 tsp of all other herbs, 1 tsp of salt add 2 tsps of minced garlic, add 1/4 cup of water to mixure, cut 8 medium potatoes in thin slices,dice one medium onion, roll chicken around in mixture. Place chicken in roaster, mix potatoes, onions, & drained mixed veggies, carrots, corn, & green beans in mixture, place around chicken, pour mixture over potatoes & veggies. Pour chicken broth over veggies and potatoes then top with cream of chicken. Cook on 350 F for 2 hrs covered
