Ingredients

    8 oz chicken breast cubed uncooked
    2 c. frozen corn
    1 large onion chopped
    2 cloves garlic minced
    4 c. chicken broth
    10 ¾ oz tomato puree ( you can puree a can of diced or whole tomatoes in a
    blender )
    10 oz. Rotel diced tomatoes/green chilies
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp cumin ( ground Mexican spice )
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 bay leaf
    ½ tsp Oregano

Directions

Toss all in a crockpot on high cook 6 hours
Serve with Shredded cheese ,crushed tortilla chips and ff sour cream
