Ingredients

    1 Table Spoon of Paprika
    2 Table Spoons of garlic salt with parsley
    2 Table Spoons of Seasoned Salt
    1 Qt Kroger Meat Flavored Pasta Sauce (original)
    1 # 93% Lean Ground Turkey
    2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 box13.25 oz. (5.25 cups) Rotini, Whole Wheat

Directions

Brown 1 # fresh ground turkey in hot skillet with chopped onion (tops and bottoms) with 2 TBS of Olive Oil dust with Spices. When Ground Turkey is browned add one quart of meat flavored Pasta Sauce (Kroger Original or similar) and two cups of sliced baby carrots. Reduce heat and simmer stir occasionally for about 20 minutes until slightly thickened.
While sauce is simmering prepare the Whole Wheat Rotini according to package directions. When when pasta is "al dente" about 10--12 minutes remove from heat and drain makes 8 servings.
