Introduction

My version of those nasty pasta and sauce packages. My version of those nasty pasta and sauce packages.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tbsp. black pepper
    2 c. skim milk
    3 c, penne pasta (or short pasta of your choice)

Directions

Boil pasta according to directions.

Melt butter in saucepan. Add garlic and cook on low heat for about 2 minutes. Add flour and cook off for about a minute.

Add skim milk to desired consistency.

Makes 10 - 3/4 cup servings.
