Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 Sausages (raw 4" long x 7/8)
    1 Tin of Chopped Tomatos
    2 Tablespoons of Tomato Puree/paste
    1 Large Onion (Chopped finely)
    4 Garlic Cloves
    1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
    Dried Mixed Herbs - To taste
    1 Cup of Sweetcorn
    15oz of cooked pasta (any shape)

Directions

Grill sausages until cooked and chop each sausage into 4 or 5 pieces
Whilst grilling sausages, cook pasta.
Fry Onions and garlic until cooked
Add sweetcorn, tinned tomatos and puree and simmer on medium heat until sweetcorn is cooked
Add mixed herbs to taste
Combine cooked pasta, sausages and sauce in a casarole dish
sprinkle cheese over the top and bake in the oven on 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and gone golden.

    I agree, it really isn't low fat. Tell you what, if you use the veggie crumbles or the veggie sausage by Morning Star, then you have a truly awesome lowfat and delicious meal. - 5/18/11

    This was a big hit in our house and so simple to make! I added some fresh spinach to the sauce while the corn was cooking, and it was just wonderful! - 12/21/07
