Introduction
Next time I will use lower calorie options for the butter and calculate new stats. This is all I had in the house today. I would suggest not using the bacon bits that are really crunchy. The best real ones are Hormel. Next time I will use lower calorie options for the butter and calculate new stats. This is all I had in the house today. -
1/4 cup butter, salted
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic (or 3-4 cloves crushed)
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese
10 ounce bag of frozen broccoli

Directions
Boil pasta and make sure to reserve 1 cup of the water the pasta boiled in.
For the sauce, combine butter, olive oil, and garlic in a small skillet until butter is melted. Then chop up the wedge of Laughing Cow cheese, add that, the basil, oregano, parmesan cheese, and the bacon bits. Stir until all cheeses are melted.
