Ingredients

6 cups cooked whole wheat spaghetti
1 T. sesame oil
3 T. smooth peanut butter
1 T. fresh ginger, chopped,
crushed red or hot pepper to taste
3 T. hot water, combine/stir
1 clove garlic chopped
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. wine vinegar
Optional sliced green onion tops and/or toasted sesame seeds (about 1 T).
Directions
1. Cook spaghetti as directed.
2. Combine all other ingredients except garnish and mix until PB is dissolved.
3. Add sauce to drained pasta and toss til fully coated.
4. Sprinkle with seeds and/or green onions.
