Directions
Prepare the cruble:
place flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, and melted butter in a bowl and combine with a fork.
Prepare the filling:
Peel apples and cut them in half.
Remove cores and cut into 1/4 inch slices.
Place sugar, cornstarch, salt, water, and vanilla in a bowl and combine.
Add appes and toss until coated.
Place half of the crumble into the pan and pat it down to form crust.
Pour the apples into the pan and spread evenly.
Place the rest of the crumble mixture on top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes
