Introduction

Number of Servings: 50

Ingredients

    1 C Bisquick
    1/2 C chopped onions
    1/2 C grated cheese
    1/2 C oil
    4 eggs
    3 C thinly sliced zucchini

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9X13 pan or two 8X8 pans. Bake @ 350 for 30 min.

Makes 50 pieces.

Freezes well. Can be reheated in the microwave or oven/toaster oven.

    Very Good
    I made this last night and it turned out awesome. Very delicious! I used egg beaters in stead of eggs (equiv 4 eggs) and Heart Healthy Bisquick instead of regular. It has a quichelike consistency and in YUMMY! - 7/6/07
