Ingredients

    450 grams Chicken Breast (Chopped)
    1/2 Onion chopped
    1 chillie chopped
    1 garlic clove chopped
    1 jar Weight Watchers Tikka Masala

Directions

brown onions, garlic and chillies in a frying pan (No Oil)
add chicken breast and brown off
add sauce and simmer for 15 minutes

Serve with 60 gram (uncooked weight) rice and weight watchers naan bread
