Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef, 96% lean
    2 slices bread (italien, wonderkids white, etc.)
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. parsely
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 tbsp. parmesan cheese

Directions

Soak bread in water, cut off crusts, squeeze out excess water. Mix all ingredients in bowl---work meat mixture thoroughly. Scoop by rounded tablespoon and shape into balls. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 about 15 minutes, or until cooked through. Add to sauce.
