Introduction

Didn't know how this was going to work but who would have thought it was love at first sight. Didn't know how this was going to work but who would have thought it was love at first sight.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    6 Medjool Dates
    1/2 Large Avocado
    1 Large Banana ( 8 -8-7/8)
    1oz of Raw Almonds
    1 Tb of Ground Flaxseed
    1 Cup of Distilled or Purified Water

Directions

Add all ingredients to a good blender like Vitamix, Blendtec or Kitchenaid and liquify till smoothie consistency or to your liking of thickness if too thick add more water.

You can also use Raw Almond Milk or Soy Milk. I chose water.

It tastes a bit sweet from the Dates you can use less Dates if you'd like, since I used 6 probably 4 would do depends on your sweet tooth.
