Introduction

These are great for picnics or for children's lunch box. Can be stored in the freezer for around half a year. These are great for picnics or for children's lunch box. Can be stored in the freezer for around half a year.

Ingredients

    STUFFING:
    140 gr Tomato Puree
    1/4 tsp Salt
    Pepper, Ground
    100 gr Cooked Ham
    250 gr Red Bell Pepper
    1 small Onion
    100 gr Mozzarella Cheese

    DOUGH:
    50 gr Yeast
    3 dl Lukewarm Water
    1 tsp Salt
    2 tbsp Rape Seed Oil
    170 gr Whole Wheat Flour
    330 gr Pizza Flour (or Durum Flour)

Directions

STUFFING:
Mix tomato puree, salt and pepper. Chop the ham finely. Clean the bell peppers and onion and chop very finely.

DOUGH:
Crumble the yeast in a large bowl and add the lukewarm water. Mix well till the yeast is dissolved.
Add salt and oil.
Mix in 3 / 4 of the flour. Take the dough out onto a table and knead the rest of the flour in.
Knead flour very well. Roll the dough out to a square (ca. 35x40cm).

Spread the puree mixture on the dough and distribute ham, bell pepper and onion evenly on top. Roll the pizza to a roll.
Cut out into 20 pieces and lay flat on parchment paper. Let raise for 20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.

Bake 20 minutes at 200 degrees celcius.
