Introduction

Great low fat, low salt meatloaf. Very tastey. Great low fat, low salt meatloaf. Very tastey.

Ingredients

    1# 96/4 lean ground beef
    1/2# ground turkey (made into sausage)
    3/4 c old fashioned oatmeal
    1/4 c finely chopped raw onion (or dried)
    3/8 t black pepper
    1 c V8 juice, low sodium
    1 large egg


Directions

Combine all ingredients. Pack into a loaf pan 8x4x4 sprayed with Pam. Bake @ 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

Makes 6 servings.
