Ingredients

3lbs Beef Round Steak, cut into bit size pieces
1-12oz bag Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables with Noodles
1-6oz bag Fancy Snow Peas
1C Sliced Mushrooms
1 small Onion
1/2C Shreded Carrots
1-10oz bag Frozen Broccoli
1-Package Szechwan Seasoning
3oz Water
3T Soy Sauce
Cooking spray, Olive Oil
Directions
Clean and cut beef and vegetables into bit size pieces leaving snow peas whole. In a medium bowl place 2 oz water, soy sauce and Szechwan package. Stir until dissolved. Add beef and place in refrigerator for 1hr or over night for best results.
Set stove burner on Medium/High and spray olive oil in a large frying pan or wok. Cook marinated beef for about 5 minutes stiring frequently.
Add 1 oz water to pan with all remaining ingredients. Cook and additional 10 minutes covered, stiring occasionally until veggies are done.
Makes 8 -1C servings
