Introduction

This was meant to be a coconut cake, but I accidently used plain flour instead of self-raising, so slice it is. This was meant to be a coconut cake, but I accidently used plain flour instead of self-raising, so slice it is.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup plain flour
    1 cup of desiccated coconut
    3/4 cup of sugar
    1 1/4 cups of milk

Directions

1/ Mix all ingredients together.

2/ Place batter in a greased loaf or sandwich tin.

4/ Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 35-40 minutes.

5/ Turn out cake to cool then cut into pieces.

Makes 8 pieces.
