Ingredients

    1 lg bag elbow macaroni
    1 jar Ragu Chunky Garden Combination
    1.5 pounds ground sirloin
    2 cups Mexican Cheddar Jack cheese

Directions

Brown the ground sirloin (make sure there is NO pink). Drain.

Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the bag. Drain.

Add remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly till the cheese is melted, then let it simmer gently for about 15 - 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Don't let it cook too quickly, or it will stick to the pan.

Add pepper to taste, if desired.

    My family loved this and it was very easy to make. Next time I think I'll add a can of diced tomatoes w/garlic & herb seasoning. Will definitely make this again. - 8/23/07

    This was very easy to make! I use Ragu 3 Cheeses and lean ground beef and 3 Cheese mixture and it came out great. - 9/18/07
