Ingredients

Mission Carb Balance tortillas: I used 3 medium sized, but you could use 2 large sized instead.
Sauce: 0.25 cup peanut butter, 1 tsp asian chili paste (or more, to taste), 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp water
Fillings: 1/2 Chicken breast, 1 cup shredded carrots, 1 cup sliced sugar snap peas.
Directions
Bake chicken breast and cool. Cut into strips and the divide into three portions.
Combine 0.25 cup peanut butter, 1 tsp asian chili paste (or more, to taste), 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp water in a bowl to make the peanut sauce.
Spread peanut sauce onto three tortillas. Add 1/3 cup carrots, 1/3 cup snap peas, and 1/3 chicken slices in rectangle down center.
Roll up the wrap and enjoy! It is very good for boxed lunches.
