Ingredients

    3 (15 oz) Cans Reduced Sodium Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained
    1 (15 oz) Can Diced Tomatoes with garic and oregano
    1 (32 oz) Box Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
    2 Cups Copped Carrots
    1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
    1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
    1 Tbsp Oregano
    2 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Basil or 1 Tbsp Dried Basil
    2 Tsp Ground Cumin
    2 Tsp Ground Corriander

Directions

Place all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
