2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
1 Package Fresh Express Coleslaw
2 tbsp Black Pepper
1 fl oz of Lemon Juice
I tbsp of Lite Soy Sauce
Directions
Add half of Olive oil to pan
Cut up chicken into small pieces and cook in Olive Oil until tender
Add all other ingredients and cook for approx 10 minutes
