    2 Full Chicken Breasts (boneless & skinless)
    6 Tbsp Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
    4 Pats Butter
    1 Egg
    1/4 Cup Milk
    4 Servings Shake n Bake


Preheat oven to 350.

Cut the full chicken breasts into two so there are four pieces of chicken. Place a piece of chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound until 1/4" think. Repeat with additional pieces.

Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoon of cranberry sauce onto each breast, top with a pat of butter and fold the breast over.

Mix egg and milk together in a wide shallow bowl. Pour Shake n Bake into a second shallow bowl.

Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and coat with Shake N Bake. Place chicken in a covered baking dish.

Bake chicken for 15-20 minutes, covered. Remove the cover, continue baking for additional 5 - 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
