Ingredients

    1 cup sliced apples
    3 oz broccoli florets
    1 cup broccoli slaw
    1/4 cup diced red onions
    2 tbsp bacon bits
    1/4 cup dry cranberries
    4 oz of dannon light & fit vanilla yogurt
    1 tbsp light mayo (opt)
    1 teasp splenda
    2 tbsp rice vinegar
    2 tbsp bacon bits

Directions

chop broccoli and onions, then mix in the rest of the ingredients. Makes 3 1cup servings or 6 1/2 cup servings
Best served chilled.
