I got this book a couple years ago and this recipe is by far my favorite one! LOVE IT! - 5/15/08

Instead of oats, I used a cup of herb flavored stuffing and added chopped red bell pepper and celery. It was so moist and full of flavor. Took a bit longer to bake though. - 9/12/13

Instead of forming this into a meatloaf I made it into sloppy joe type sandwiches...the family LOVED it!!! We had plenty left over because it's a lot of meat so I added elbow macaroni and a jar of spaghetti sauce the next night to make goulash...it was even better the second time around!! Awesome!! - 1/5/11

    Incredible!
This recipe is a keeper! My husband and I love this meatloaf! I made it with half lean ground turkey and half ground sirloin. I also used half the onion soup mix and it was still very flavorful. - 10/5/10
