Introduction

One pot meal with pork and rutabaga & cauliflower. Only flavored with soy sauce. One pot meal with pork and rutabaga & cauliflower. Only flavored with soy sauce.

Ingredients

    2 # pork (chops, loin)
    1 head cauliflower
    3-4 med rutabagas
    2 cups thickly chopped carrots
    1 lg onion
    1 cup soy sauce
    2 cups rice

Directions

Chop onions and brown in stock pot, add pork and stir until browned and cooked thru. Add soy sauce as needed to keep from burning and sticking to pot bottom. When meat is done add carrots, rutabaga and cauliflower and simmer for 1 hour.
