Introduction

Light Chilled soup packed with good wholesome protein. Light Chilled soup packed with good wholesome protein.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5 small cucumbers (approx. 6 ")
    4 Cups Greek Yogurt
    16-20 mint leaves
    3 sprigs parsley
    2 small cloves garlic
    1 stalk celery
    1.5 C. filtered water
    2 sprigs dill weed
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

1. Add first 7 ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

2. Chill for 30 minutes or longer.

Serve in chilled bowls.

Garnish with chopped dill weed. Salt & Pepper to taste.
