Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 cup apricot preserves
    1/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. honey mustard
    1/4 cup sliced almonds

Directions

1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
2. In a small bowl, combine the preserves, broth and mustard.
3Pour over chicken; sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake 15-20 mins longer or until chicken juices run clear.
