    4 potatoes
    1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    .5 tsp pepper
    2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    1 tsp garlic powder


Preheat oven to 450

Cut the potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Coat the potatoes with the remaining ingredients. Bake the potatoes at 450 for 25 minutes. Flip the potatoes and bake for another 15 minutes.

  • The potatoes were so full of flavor!!!!!!! A perfect side. I had to adjust the amount of ingredients though, which is normal. I kinda of just added accordingly. - 4/8/08
