Ingredients

    2 sweet italian turkey sausage links - casings removed
    4 scallions - sliced - whites & greens seperated
    2 tbls kens sesame ginger salad dressing
    1-2 tsp ground ginger
    1 clove garlic - minced
    2 cups Napa cabbage - finely shredded
    30 wonton wrappers (produce section of grocery store)

Directions

In a large mixing bowl combine ground turkey meat, scallion whites, ginger dressing, ground ginger, garlic and cabbage...... mix well and cover with cling wrap.

place bowl in the fridge and let chill for 30 minutes

On each wonton wrap place a small spoon full of mixture in the middle (about 1 Tbls). Wet the edge of wrap and then Fold the square over so it makes a triangle and crimp edges with the back of a fork.

After all wrappers are stuffed and sealed, In a non-stick pan with a little cooking spray pan fry the dumplings in batches untill wonton is golden brown on each side and then place them all in a 350* oven for 10 - 15 minutes or untill sausage filling is completely cooked.

Serve with more sesame ginger dressing mixed with scallion greens as a dipping sauce.

    This isn't how to make these, fry on one side for 2 mins, turn, then add some chicken broth and put the lid on so they can steam. The oven will just dry them out. - 11/16/18
