This dip does not contain fruit - it used to dip fruit in (common misconception ;)
This is delicious with any fruit, but I prefer it with apples because of that apple pie ala mode-like flavor.

Ingredients

    Cottage Cheese No Fat, 1/2 cup
    Honey (Orange Blossom), 1 tsp
    Splenda Granulated, 2 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 15-20 seconds until desired smoothness is achieved.
